All About Peace, LLC, is the exclusive licensee of the Be About Peace logo, designed and copyrighted by
10-year-old Jackson Roberts of Maplewood in 2003. It’s my view that the Be About Peace logo is the most attractive and compelling antiwar logo since the peace symbol first appeared in the 1950s.
Since 2003 thousands of Be About Peace lawn signs, tee shirts, magnets and buttons have been distributed by South Mountain Peace Action, a local peace group in Maplewood and South Orange, NJ, of which I am the chairperson.
A recent New Jersey Star-Ledger article about Maplewood began with the sentence, “Maplewood, a town that holds Be About Peace Days …” is indicative of the popularity of the Be About Peace motif in our two sister towns.
I’m very honored and proud to be involved in a business which has by definition a mission to spread the message of peace, mankind’s most important and most cherished goal.
